Terms of Service

LifeMatch, operated by MTLS Group / Medflow, is an invite-only pilot platform where life-science startups and investors can discover each other and connect by mutual consent. Access requires a personal invitation code, and every profile is screened by us before it becomes visible to the other side. By creating an account you accept these terms.

LifeMatch is an introduction platform only. Nothing on the platform — including screening decisions, matching, profile information, or any assessment or readiness indication — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Screening checks basic quality and completeness; it is not due diligence and not an endorsement of any startup or investor. All investment decisions, and all verification of the other party's claims, are solely your own responsibility.

You must provide accurate information about yourself and, for founders, your company, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile and for having the right to share it — do not post confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, and do not upload or link material that infringes third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the license needed to display it to screened users of the platform as the service is designed to do.

The platform is built on consent: investors request to follow, founders accept or decline. You agree not to misuse contact established through LifeMatch for spam or unrelated solicitation, not to misrepresent your identity, role or affiliation, not to share another user's profile information outside the platform without their consent, and not to attempt to circumvent screening, invitations, or access controls.

We decide, at our discretion, which applications are approved onto the pilot, and we give reasons when we decline. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or that undermine the quality or safety of the platform. You can close your account at any time by contacting ms@mtlsgroup.com.

LifeMatch is an early pilot provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or be withdrawn as the pilot evolves. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for decisions made on the basis of information found on the platform, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to registered users, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
